LO2 - Event Plan

When the event starts viewers are free to go to either studio 1 or 2. 

In studio 1: 

We will be show the unit 32 graphics work and let viewers see it and ask any questions if they like, we will give a quick summary of the work before showing the work, afterwards viewers will have be able to help themselves to food and ask us questions. 

In studio 2: 

The unit 31 work will be shown, the room will be dark and the viewers will sit down to a recurring slideshow of unit 31 and with a track playing over the top to compliment the slideshow. 

Afterwards the viewers can swap rooms and the viewers who have not previously seen that particular piece can watch it. 

The event will then end unless people want to ask questions.
