LO2 - Task 3 - Role

My role in the group is budgeting. This requires me to organize the flow of money choosing what gets spent on what. Keeping a list of products purchased to save money (for example setting a price limit) and to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings (for example to avoid purchasing to many of the same item). 

I would purchase the items requested by the other groups (obviously to the above criteria), this would cover:

Logistics and procurement:
- Camera crews
- Decorations
- Other Equipment

Hospitality and catering: 
- Food
- Drink
- Customer Service
